How We Work

  1. We attend your place of business to ascertain your requirements and budgets.
     

  2. As we will need to know about your business before giving advice the fact find process will take place at our initial meeting.
     

  3. We will then provide a brief summary of your objectives and how we plan to achieve these. At the same time we will set out our costs and the basis of our remuneration. You will not incur any fees until this point.
     

  4. Once appointed we will provide a comprehensive solution to meet your requirements within budget. Our report will underline the strengths and weaknesses to the solution that you have decided upon, together with an impact assessment to your business.
     

  5. If our recommendations are accepted we will implement your benefits package.
